Excellent Shopping experience!
Reading the reviews for Iconic Watches, I notice the majority are for postal orders, so thought i'd offer my review having visited the shop and met the staff and purchased my watch the traditional way. The shop is strictly appointment only which is fine, I arrived, was let in via the security shutters and doors, and the watches I wanted to view (had pre selected) were ready and waiting for me. The staff were excellent, the owner is very nice, attentive and honest with opinion on watches suiting you etc. Given the amount of money people spend on watches these days, you expect a service to back this up and this was there in abundance - absolutely brilliant, with a very nice shop too. I felt at ease, not pressured to purchase at all, and even though a dearer watch was in my selection, her honesty of the one to go for was cheaper... so not just in it for the sale of the most expensive either. Overall, a fantastic shopping experience, one I recommend highly to all friends and relatives, and wouldn't buy a watch from anywhere else in future. Customer for life.

Amazing Service!
After reading an article on a watch I look at a few sites to find it. Quickly finding thatI because it was a limited edition it was sold out. I emailed Iconic to ask if it was available on a Sunday night, by Monday afternoon 1 was found. After ordered communication was fantastic. I can’t recommend Iconic enough.

Excellent Company!
This is the second watch I have bought from Iconic watches - both for gifts for 18th birthdays. The service is exceptional with friendly advice/help given. Most importantly is the price! The prices always beat what you find either in store or on-line. The watch was delivered promptly and was exactly what I wanted. Can't recommend Iconic Watches enough.

I'd been searching for a watch for some time and after reading the reviews of Iconic Watches I bought a Tag Heuer from them. From the start the service was excellent and delivery prompt. The watch was exactly what I wanted. A few months after I bought the watch, I thought I'd broken it, I emailed them asking for help and got a call back within the hour to talk me through my problem (turned out it was me being an idiot). So rare to get excellent customer service even after the transaction has been complete. Thoroughly recommend.
