A Great Shop and Great People
Having purchased a few watches from other shops - both from Branded Boutiques and 'Mainstream' Jewellers, I would not hesitate to make another purchase from Iconic Watches, great service and a great watch - No reservations at all. Head over for a look yourself - I called ahead, made an appointment and wasn't disappointed, a lovely shop. Edit to include it was an Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra for my Wife, at a great price.

Excellent service
I bought a new luxury watch from Iconic Watches- the watch was perfect and bought at a great discount. Service was excellent- great communication, rapid dispatch and next day courier delivery all went smoothly. I am delighted with my new watch and would thoroughly recommend Iconic Watches.

I was extremely sceptical of ordering from Iconic Watches, but I would not hesitate to do so again as the service was incredible and the outcome amazing
I was extremely sceptical of ordering my omega seamaster online given that it cost in excess of £2000. I made my decision solely based on the reviews on this page and speaking Tania - the Iconic Watches customer service representative. I have to say, even after I had purchased the watch, I was incredibly paranoid that I had been scammed purely down to the amount of money it had cost. In reality, the service I received throughout the process was unbelievable and I would not hesitate to use Iconic Watches again. And by the way, I have not been asked to write this review by Iconic Watches. From start to finish, I was kept up to date with how the order was progressing. The watch arrived on time and the official omega warranty started the day before I received the watch. The watch was impeccable. All in all, the customer experience was incredible with someone helping me with any questions I had at any point, and given my paranoia, there were a lot!
