Another average British business
Another average British business, it's so depressing that we strive for mediocrity in this country. Advertised a watch with a white dial, with a photo with a white dial. I order and get a watch with a mother of pearl dial. They tell me "look at the detailed description, it says mother of pearl" (despite title and photo clearly stating and showing white). They blame me for their mistake and say that I can return the watch at my cost. Interesting customer service, yawn.

Wrong watch sent, blasé attitude.
Ordered a watch as a birthday present for partner. Totally wrong watch received and they would not send replacement until watch returned. As a result birthday missed and correct watch received 1 week later. No real apology and customer services couldn't get rid of me quich enough. Mistakes do happen but how you deal with these is everything.

I’ve recently bought a watch but it came with no guarantee card. Just a note to say it would follow. I rang the chop and they said I would be here with in the week. It’s been over a week now and still no card. So I’ll be returning the watch
