I bought so expensive and did mention it is for a present it was wrapped yes and no paper bag from seiko or shop which I need to buy. It looks cheap when we buy paper bag from outside and handover the gift. Very disappointing

I had a Swatch previously which just stopped working. but I had been very happy with it. Rather than spend money repairing I decided just to replace it. I am disappointed in that the replacement is a smaller diameter and the luminosity is not very bright.

Received really great service and the watch was perfect for our daughters 18th birthday present. The outer box was slightly damaged on delivery and when I mentioned this to customer service they sent a replacement out without hesitation which arrived the very next day. Very responsive and personalised service.
