From ordering to delivery everything was straightforward and quick. Unfortunately I have returned the watch I bought. Nothing wrong with the watch at all but the face looked bigger on the picture online. So once refunded we’ll be ordering another more suitable one .

Really pleased with everything.
I had originally order a watch with H Samuel who completely mucked me about - completely ruined my daughter’s birthday with not a single notification!! I came across house of watches in a random google search and found the watch I was after and when I checked it out, it was way more cost effective too. I was kept up to date of where the watch was and it was delivered bright and early - nice packaging and in perfect condition.
