I just made a reservation for a hotel in Canada and I made the reservation from Canada. Once I made the reservation I checked the confirmation email on my laptop to find out that this booking company booked it in US dollars. With the exchange rate, that's twice what I would pay if I reserved here in Canada. Nowhere did the booking agent mention anything about US dollars. I have asked for a total refund and expect nothing less. The service was good but I was very much misled. Not happy at all.
The stay at Franklin, TN LaQuinta was our only TERRIBLE experience we've ever had at your hotel chain. Upon entering the facility, we saw several Party people drinking & smoking outside on one end of the hotel, outside. I requested the Host put us on the other side. He said not to worry. I approached one more time & requested we move our room to the opposite side; again he insisted there would be no problem. HE WAS WRONG. Loud carrying on as I predicted, right next door! The connecting room doors have no baffles or sound blocking! Also, the whole place is run down & old, carpets needs replacing, there was no bathtub. I called Customer service, on hold for 104 minutes- only to have a robot say the Franklin place was NOT a Wyhdam Resort-- IT WAS!!
Gentlemen on the phone made it very quick and easy.

The AI reservationist made several mistakes that would have been obvious to a person, which required extra steps and repeated responses.
You quoted me one price and charged me another! very unprofessional! Nothing on the confirmation said the price until i arrived there! The hotel is beautiful and nice and very clean but not worth 449.00 for PahrumpNV
I was amazed how accurate the AI bot corrected mistakes and got all the information.
Chris was very pleasant to speak with and efficient in assisting me with reserving a room for my stay in early May for my son’s wedding.
Justin AI Robot cancelled a duplicate reservation and when he cancelled it, he cleared my hotel for a trip just 5 days away, and I was charged for the cancellation, to boot. Get rid of Justin. Lika told me a voucher for the cancellation was coming in 3 to 4 hours; never came but did process a return on the charge Justin did (2 hours of AI hell) between being on hold, was hung up on after 15 minutes, twice (not a good experience and may never use hotel planner again). ALEX saved the day, got me my reimbursement (still waiting to see it on my credit card) and fixed my reservation.

spoke with Elizabeth for our reservation. I requested certain rooms as we stayed there last year. I explained I have certain disabilities she was friendly polite and very accomadating. elizabeth explained couldn't 100% guarantee specific room but put notes in for us. we are hopeful as we stayed at this location last year people were absolutely amazing
