I booked the hotel on a link from a wedding invite. I specifically made a cancellable booking. I then found that if I booked directly it was considerably cheaper. I tried to cancel my booking but was offered a reduction in price if I didn’t cancel. I accepted but then worked out it was still an expensive deal. I tried to cancel but was told it had moved to non-cancellable. They cancelled the booking for me but only returned a nominal amount until I complained. I then received 90% refund of amount paid so they took 10%. Won’t use them again!

Room went up in two minutes from 180 to 260 Was charged for two nights when I only stayed one Had to send several emails to fix the situation A refund was not offered only an another booking. When things got too complicated again, they offered me a refund on my credit card. This is what we wanted in the first place instead of getting a voucher I will never ever use this booking line again. The supervisor Anthony was not much help at all. For someone at a supervisory position he could’ve been more helpful than he was.

Your system charge me 390 some and that was not supposed to be and when I called back, nobody had any clue I even called Hilton honor which I have been a member of since 1982 and they were useless less than useless a lot useless and the system that worked for Hampton was horrible. You guys are a bunch of horrible people.
