The service in booking was wonderful. Jim did a great job. I will say on a different subject ( not related to Jim ) that your online prices are deceiving. Your rooms ranged online from around 169 to 179 per night but with tax and a Highland Games participant discount my total came out to 230 per night ? Something seems a little off

I called the number for what was supposed to be Quality Inn in Dickinson, ND. When time came to confirm the reservation, it was for a different hotel in a different state! When I tried to cancel the transaction, the person I was talking to found a place in the correct city. I verified the information including the fact that I had a pet. I was told the fee quoted included the pet fee. When my bill came, I was charged a higher amount than was listed and also charged by the hotel a separate pet fee. The hotel did not receive the pet fee from HotelPlanner. When I questioned this I was first disconnected. When I called back I was offered apologies and a 15% credit. I will not be using this platform again.
