Wir fanden es absolut unverschämt Parkplatzgebühr zu verlagen und dann ist nicht mal ein Platz frei. Ja man weist darauf hin "nach verfügbarkeit" aber mal ehrlich das ist doch Abzocke und so verdienen die zuzätzlich Geld. Auch das Zimmer war so naja. Geht sicher besser.
Bookede online en overnatning på B&B i Tyskland på vej hjem fra ferien. Opdagede hurtigt at der var sket en fejl med bookningen og kontaktet hotellet telefonisk. Ved brug af deres mail kontakt bliver der nemlig aldrig vendt tilbage. Medarbejderen var vældig flink og hjalp os videre. Han sagde at han straks vil cancel den forkerte bookning og bestille en ny for os. Dette skete også og vi boede der en overnatning som aftalt. Da vi så landede i Danmark valgte de pludselig at trække overnatningen igen. Har nu forsøgt at forklare dette både personligt og i mailkorrespondance, men oplever blot radio tavshed. Det er virkelig dårlig stil.

Cero estrellas, salvo en Portugal, donde merecen 5 con aplausos. Vacaciones con B&B: más que hoteles, una colección de desilusiones por entregas. Durante mis vacaciones por Europa decidí confiar en la cadena B&B Hotels. Craso error. Me dejé llevar por sus webs llenas de fotos limpias y habitaciones “funcionales”, pero lo que me encontré en Alemania y España fue una gira por el lado más gris (y sucio) de la hospitalidad. En Alemania, los hoteles B&B que visité tenían la misma calidez que un quirófano… pero sin la limpieza. Sábanas con manchas sospechosas, moqueta que parecía haber sobrevivido a la caída del Muro de Berlín, y baños donde la cortina de ducha tenía más moho que dignidad. Todo esto, por precios que sugerían que te estaban incluyendo el desayuno y la hipoteca. En España, el panorama fue incluso más creativo: – Suelos de tarima en plena descomposición emocional. – Toallas que exfoliaban por fricción involuntaria. – Y un diseño minimalista que confundía “funcional” con “tristeza en forma de habitación”. Eso sí, siempre con algún pelo ajeno para recordarte que no estás solo. Pero como todo cuento necesita su giro inesperado: ¡B&B Viana do Castelo (Portugal)! Una joya. Limpio, moderno, acogedor… ¡y sin manchas! El único B&B que parece haber entendido el concepto de “hotel decente”. Personal amable, camas cómodas, y ninguna moqueta con vida propia. No sé si es la excepción o una anomalía en el sistema, pero deberían clonarlo. Conclusión final: – Si viajas por Alemania o España, evita los B&B a no ser que estés escribiendo un blog de hoteles espeluznantes. – Si pasas por Portugal, alójate en Viana do Castelo y recupera la fe en la cadena. – Yo aprendí la lección: mismo nombre, distintas realidades. A partir de ahora, revisaré las fotos… y las reseñas… y rezaré.

J'ai eu l'opportunité de séjourner dans cet hôtel qui a ouvert ses portes hier, et je dois dire que c'était une expérience remarquable. Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil a été très chaleureux et sympathique. Le personnel est attentionné et toujours prêt à aider. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très calmes et extrêmement pratiques, offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. L'emplacement est également un grand atout : l'hôtel est proche de l'aéroport, ce qui est très pratique pour les voyageurs, et il est situé à proximité des trois frontières suisse, allemande et française, permettant de découvrir facilement les alentours. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit confortable et bien situé pour leur séjour. Bravo à toute l'équipe et continuez comme ça !

Ero al piano terra Doccia con segni d muffa Muri fra i bagni di un solo strato di cartongesso La fogna a detta della reception era 1 problema del comune..mi sembra strano e cmq deleterio x la struttura
Hotel pessimo, camera squallida, bagno sporco e con accessori rotti. Pagato 85 euro per 1 notte. Posizione scomoda, lontano dal centro.
Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura B&B Hotel Monza varie volte. Il personale alla reception è molto cordiale, sempre sorridente e soprattutto sempre disponibile. Gli spazi comuni sono ben curati e puliti. Le camere sono accoglienti ed hanno tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Ci ha molto colpiti l’attenzione che viene mostrata dalla struttura nella lotta allo spreco. Consigliamo vivamente il soggiorno soprattutto per lavoratori in smartworking, infatti, la struttura mette a disposizione una sala comune per poter svolgere le proprie attività.

The friendly service and clean rooms are a plus, however be aware that noise from other rooms may be an issue due to thin walls. If a quiet stay is essential, consider this drawback.
Stay away from the awful company. The customer service is non-existent, almost 3 months of contacting the company via the ''online'' form and still no one has the decency to respond. In addition do not stay in B&B Hotel Goussainvile if you value your possessions! A supposed secure car park with 24 hour security and a security guard doing hourly rounds yet our car was broken into, directly in view of the reception desk, only 3 cars in the car park and yet staff did not know anything about it or even hear the alarm. Supposedly this had never happened before yet the local police were quite sure they had a customer of the same hotel just the week before. All seems a bit convenient, some would say they could smell a rat, but that could also have been the dozen dead rats in the grounds we found when searching for our belongings after the break in. The experience completely destroyed the end of our trip away and this vile company has nothing to say about it. Save your money and heart break and stay else where.
Hôtel Montlhery A10 Paris Chambre propre mais murs aussi fins que du carton. Réveillés à 6:30 par un téléphone voisin qui vibrait. Et ce plusieurs fois. Si vous cherchez un parking fermé, ILS NE FERMENT PAS la grille la nuit. Notre voiture étant pleine nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour le parking. Le matin nous avons posé la question au réceptionniste qui nous a répondu qu’elle fermait tardivement. Sur ce je lui ai dit qu’à 3h du matin elle était toujours ouverte. À voir sa réaction, ils ne ferment pas la barrière.
Sehr kleines völlig überteuertes Eckzimmer. Kein Platz beim Frühstück bekommen. Vom kaum deutsch sprechenden Zimmerservice um 7.45 Uhr geweckt worden. Alles katastrophal!
