Good communication
It was ok for the first few months, but then it required a network extender to work at the same efficiency. After that it was a massive fall in quality, it cannot work efficiently at any point in time anymore.
Liam was amazing, worked tirelessly to trouble shoot my issue and got my internet on line. He was patient and helpful 100% fantastic experience

Staff were pleasant,informative and clear on package details culminating in a deal being made with minimum fuss.Delivery dates were given with added information that the company will hopefully adheer to ...making it a pleasant and stressless counteraction.
They never set up our router, we cancelled their service after waiting 2 months, after 9 months of no contact from their end they charged us nearly £400, the staff shouted over the phone, were rude and down talking, do not make the same mistake as us and avoid this “company” at all costs.
Very helpful. Spoke to Laura. She explained it very simply and clearly.
