I placed an order for some new glitter flip flops and when they arrived a lot of the glitter from one of them was missing. When I checked returns info I realised I had to pay for returns! So I emailed photos to customer service to ask if I could return the faulty pair for refund/ exchange without having to pay the return fee. Their response (within 24 hours!) was to offer me the cost of my flip flops back in a gift voucher for their site with free shipping. And they did not want me to return the faulty pair. After reading the negative reviews on trustpilot I never expected the resolution I received. Thank you!
It is a total disaster! It is not possible to send this flipflops back! They do not reply! The quality of the flip-flops is awful. The sides of the flipflops are cut with the kitchen knife. 2 Euro - maximum - that is the price! I wrote 3 email, left whatsapp messages, twitter - NOTHING! No response!

Scammers! Useless customer service! Useless website- it was impossible to file return! Avoid at any cost!
I had ordered two pairs of flip flops from the online shop one pair are perfect the other pair are faulty I have sent numerous pictures and they said they can’t see the fault I said they are faulty the trouble is you can’t send a full picture it has to be a certain size I have sent loads of pictures showing the strap on the right flip flop is not level and goes inward so does not sit on the foot correctly all I want is to return these and get a refund do you think I can get a label no I can’t I have sent loads of messages and still no label I’m getting very angry with this as I want my money back and can’t get a label to return these faulty flip flops they said ok we will send you a label but still nothing trouble is you only have a certain time to send them back so this is probably why I won’t get my label so if I was you I wouldn’t bother with this company and go else where I’m going to speak to trading standards see what they say about these faulty items I was sent and my REF number is just in case you want to send me the returns label is GB10062022-01457727
As with other experiences, the sizing is confusing - I’ve never heard of Brazilian sizing and it’s not made clear on the website. You have to pay for delivery and return so it would cost over £10 to return flip flops which cost £15. Never buying their products again.
As many of the reviews state below, their quality is very Poor. I had 4 faulty pairs, I near snapped my ankle walking in them, as they were falling apart after less than 2 months, that's a shame for the price you pay for their Havaianas products, such a bad qualitiy. My last shoes was the wrong size on their European website... The ones I've recieved are too small. Furthermore I have spent £40 GBP and their customer service wants to offer me £35 for a voucher. Why £35? If I have spent £40 GBP, yes GBP as their customer service are confused with the Euro. I don't Want to buy ANYTHING from them anymore, after 4 pairs of faulty shoes, different models, clearly their products are very very poor on quality. Why should I get the voucher if I have been clear to them I DON'T WANT TO BUY THEIR PRODUCTS ANYMORE SO I WANT MY MONEY BACK, I WANT £40 THE AMOUNT I SPENT. Do Havaianas knows the Consumer Rights Act? Awful Awful Awful company give me my money back thieves
Mir wurde die falsche Größe zugesendet und es ist nicht möglich auf einfache Art und Weise eine Retoure zu vollziehen. Auch wenn das eine paar Schuhe gut ist würde ich ihnen keinen Einkauf empfehlen. Ich werde jetzt über PayPal einen Streitfall einleiten müssen und dann weiter sehen.
Super schlechter retour Service !!! Weil ich schon schlechte Erfahrungen mit Retouren hatten, hab ich vor der Bestellung extra auf der Seite von Havaiana nachgelesen wie es funktioniert. Ja…! In der Theorie klang es einfach…nach 5 Tage nach Ankunft konnte ich auf der Seite unter meinen Bestellungen immer noch keine Retour beantragen…die Pakete befinden sich immer noch in Zustellung. Also rufe ich an…gibt ja extra ne Hotline für Dtl. voll gut, spricht nur keiner deutsch. In 40 min sei wohl jemand verfügbar, der meiner Muttersprache mächtig ist. Allein dabei vergeht einem ja schon alles. Nun habe ich die vorhergehenden Bewertungen gelesen und kann mir denken was folgt…

I won’t go into all the details of my query but the level of assistance and patience Remmi showed me was outstanding.This young lady genuinely cares about her customers and it showed in her attitude and interaction with me. Leider wurde meine Rücksendung falsch bearbeitet. Ich habe für unsere Kinder jeweils 2 großen bestellt. Davon musste je eine paar wieder zurück. Die Rücksendung als an zu melden war recht umständlich. Leider wurde nur ein Paar Schuhe erstattet obwohl ich 2 zurück gesendet habe. Eine Rückmeldung auf meine Frage zu einer weiteren Erstattung ist auch nach 4 Wochen noch nicht erfolgt.
Terrible customer service and had to hound them to get any response. They did eventually solve my issue but that’s after far too much time chasing to arrange a return of some flip flops which were totally the wrong size! Awful.
As many of the reviews state below, the shoes are the wrong size on their European website... The ones I've recieved are so big, I nearly snapped my ankle trying to walk around in them. Furthermore it's £4.90 postage & £4.90 return so essetnially I've spent about £10 and a lot of time to move a box around. What's worse is the flip flops I ordered took so long to arrive that I can't now buy them in my size.
Die Firma stellt falsche Rechnungen aus viel mehr Produkte als bestellt. Ich habe 2x die richtige Rechnung verlangt, damit ich die MWSt. Abrechnung mit dem Zoll machen kann und mein Geld zurück bekomme. Dann wurde mir gesagt Havaianas zahlt es mir direkt zurück. Nach weiterem mehrfachen nachfragen immer noch kein Geld bekommen...Betrug mehr kann ich dazu nicht sagen.
Awful service. Wrong size pair of shoes sent to me in May. Returned in June. Mid August still chasing for refund! DISGUSTING SERVICE. No apology, Emails rarely answered and when they are they do not give the right info, I am still chasing for the postage which they promised to refund. Don't buy from this store you will regret it if you need any customer service! I will update this post if I ever get the postage cost back
Order in 6/6/20. More than one month later nothing. Send 2 emails for costumes Service and had no response. I think this is a fack site
JUST STAY AWAY FROM THEM. First of all pay attention to their stupid size. 42-43 size on their website actually means 44-45 EU size. That is so stupid, why would you label your size like that instead of just putting the well known EU size? So if you usually wear 43 pick 41/42 since this in their system means 43/44 EU. That makes absolutely 0 sense to me.) Second of all, I ordered a pair of flip flops and because of their stupid size, the pair came too big. I've sent the package back to them and it reached their deposit on 06.05.2020, based on the tracking number. Since I got no update from them I decided to send them a message to ask them about the refund. They've never replied back. Today, 15.05.2020, still no reply and no refund. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
I am very shocked and disappointed. There was a web page error on the weekend and two shoes were added to my basked when I only tried to buy one. At the order now page the amount was stated at £18 and after i had clicked that it then showed £42. I immediately emailed customer service as the call option wasn't available on the weekend. On Monday morning I have just called customer service to explain what has happened and that the order has not yet been dispatched so there is no contract of sale so please can you cancel it. I was told that I cannot cancel and will have to return them after they have arrived. Totally unfair as the order has not been dispatched and this was their error. I explained that with lockdown measures it will be difficult to return. Very upset. First and last time ordering from here.
