I would like to share this amazing experience I had yesterday at the Trafford centre branch of Havaianas with an amazing young girl called Remmi who went above and beyond what good customer service should look like. I won’t go into all the details of my query but the level of assistance and patience Remmi showed me was outstanding.This young lady genuinely cares about her customers and it showed in her attitude and interaction with me.
