We visited the store in April just to browse and ask a few questions. Unfortunately, there was a rather overpowering smell of stale cigarettes in the store, and as my wife suffers from asthma, we decided to leave.
I emailed my detailed requirements to their so called custom service as I couldn’t find a standard product that fitted our fireplace. After over 4 weeks and two chases for an answer they informed me they didn’t have anything that fitted the dimensions I had sent them and perhaps I would like to fill in a form and try their custom service. Absolute waste of time and useless customer service

The glass arrived fairly rapidly and was fit for purpose. I would recommend these guys to a friend.

I was looking for a hearth fender for my fire place, I originally intended to buy one from Amazon but after doing a quick Google search I landed on Grate Fireplace Accessories I am so happy I did, the hearth fender is good quality and looks amazing it adds a touch of class to the old brick fireplace and compliments the log burner perfectly, I would not hesitate in buying from them again.

Ordered 2 galvanised coal bunkers encouraged by 4 good reviews on 22.10.22 they took payment 23.10.22. Then we heard nothing - rang 14.10.22 -supply issues should be with them 17.10.22 . No sign and no contact from them rang again 25.10.22 should be this week.No apology for delay . Finally arrived 26.10.22! Unpacked and assembled - OMG unbelievably flimsy , no way strong enough to hold 5 bags of coal , some parts were even glued . We have spent many hours beefing them up , yes we should have sent them back but we had already wasted £239.15 .! Non existent customer service ! They just don’t seem bothered. I will certainly not be using them again .

was sceptical but product and customer service outstanding small order for grate ash pan and hardwood the lighter fuel is outstanding only 2 for a full fire, jo and her other member are outstanding at keeping you at ease and dpd tracked lets you know when your parcel will arrive in a 2 hr frame.

We tried buying a rectangular fire grate locally to replace the one we had worn out.We were told that it would take about a week to arrive and we would be phoned when it did. We paid in advance. Two weeks later after no phone call, it turned out that they had forgotten to process the order. Having tried supporting the local shop first I then went online, the site is not difficult to navigate and communications were prompt with a time given for delivery. In less than a week it arrived exactly on time and is a perfect fit.

Disgracfull service ,ordered £210 of olive hearth tiles 7th sep ,said on there sight they had the tiles in on the 11 Sept, still not received confirmation email about the one day delivery ,phoned up and asked were it was and was told they would contact there manufacturer, knowing they were not in, but did not say or email me ,15 th Sept,i phoned in again as not received email ,looked on there sight and says tiles are in when they new they were not ,this is a disgracfull practice taking your money when they had no intention to deliver them on the date specified or even notify you ,now I have to wait till the 19th to get my money back after this company waisting my time, and please dont apologise as it's as usless as my order!
