Quick and easy. I hired two vehicles from Go Rentals…
I hired two vehicles from Go Rentals NZ. One from Auckland airport, the other from Dunedin as I flew between islands. Both vehicles were very easy to collect and return. It was a short turn around from me arriving to collect my vehicle to driving off. Both vehicles were very clean inside and out. They were also comfortable vehicles and straight forward to use. There was also a courtesy bus for airport drop-off when I returned my vehicle to the Christchurch airport location. Highly recommend.

Always and efficient and pleasant experience
GO Rentals is always an easy and efficient experience from car booking to car return. Vehicles are always very clean and excellent quality. The team are always effective and very pleasant. Definitely recommend.

Andrew In Claims is a jerk and they don't take responsibility for their drivers accidents
I actually have never rented from Go Rentals and definitely won't after this. One of Go Rentals drivers caused an accident to my partners car. The Go Rentals driver hit my partners parked car as my partner was getting something out the car and caused severe damage to the door. The driver took full responsibility for thinking they had enough space to pass. A police report was filed and we decided to file a claim with Go Rentals as their driver was at fault. Now it was a pretty clear incident, my partners car was parked and the Go Rentals driver thought they had space and didn't. Go Rentals charged their driver 4000 for the accident. Andrew in Go Rentals claims department is now saying it was my partners fault for the accident and is refusing to pay for the damages they caused to our vehicle leaving us to front the bill for an accident their driver caused. This company is a scam and will charge you a ton if you cause and accident and then refuse to pay out for their damages. Andrew has been unpleasant to deal with they don't answer our calls. They are bad for NZ and should be outlawed. If i were you I would avoid renting from these people. They don't care about NZ residents and don't take responsibility for their actions and make you the driver deal with it.

Go Rentals is one of the best rental…
Go Rentals is one of the best rental companies my husband and I have ever used and we have used many overseas and in nz. Easy online check in makes picking up yr car a very short process. Cost wise extremely competitive and good discounts. Drop off a breeze. Cars are always modern clean and never had a bad one.
