Very easy to book(unlike first company I tried) helpful friendly reception, great car in excellent condition, easy to return. Good price. I would have liked a bit of information verbally such as how to open petrol cap.

Rented with GO rentals at Queenstown airport. Conveniently located, very helpful counter staff, nice car! Check in and check out processes were smooth. No queues . Rented with GO on recommendation by a friend and I am grateful for the recommendation. Enjoyed the drives with the GO rentals car

Booking a Vehicle from abroad was easy…
Booking a Vehicle from abroad was easy and simple. Arriving after hours was not a Problem at all, the whole process to collect our Vehicle took no more than 5min. Amazed how quick and simple it was. A clean Modern Vehicle as shown on website. Hassle free, what more could a customer ask for? Thank You Go Rental.

Will definitely be back again soon..
It brings loads of comfort knowing you can step off your plan collect your luggage and head right outside the doors knowing there's a shuttle there waiting to take you to your waiting vehicle. Once you've arrived at the depo to collect the vehicle it's a quick and easy process with amazing friendly staff. On my arrival I had a conversation with the representative who assisted with my booking and we both quickly learnt the vehicle I had hired would not provide satisfactory comfort so with quick thinking the team helped me to upgrade to a more comfortable vehicle at a great rate. Vehicle was amazing, clean, smooth and comfortable. Will definitely be back again soon.

PLEASE AVOID - Surely a scam
PLEASE AVOID - I AM WRITING THIS FOR YOUR BENEFIT. I hired an 8 seater for a group of friends to visit Wanaka for the day, no problems returned the car, the person had a quick look over asked me if any problems with the car to which I honestly replied 'no' and left. Next thing I receive a bill for $80 for a minor stone chip in the windscreen, that had been repaired. I have been given photos of the windscreen with literally hundreds (I mean hundreds if not thousands) of stone chips all over it. I then replied and said which one of them is mine and got a reply with a pink texta around one of them saying it was mine, even though they lied in a previous email saying it had already been fixed hence the charge of $80+ cc fee. DODGY DODGY DODGY. They have when I hired the car sent me pre booking photo's with the chip already there - totally incompetent !!!! I only wish I could put the photo's up here for all to see, of the proof they have given me. For some reason this chip above all the other hundreds needed to be fixed in their opinion. I am back in Australia now looking at the photos of the windscreen there is no way this would have been fixed. (Not that this chip was caused during my hire anyway. I have asked for this to be escalated, no reposnse at all. The car itself had none over 130000 kms had dents and unrepaired scratches all over it, I took photo's I don't have a close up of the windscreen as before I hired it it had pits all over it exactly the same as when I returned it with pits all over it. I know I should have gone with one of the bigger respectable car hire places and have learnt my lesson, I would never ever hire form this company, absolute leeches!!! Gives a bad name for NEW ZEALAND on an otherwise beautiful holiday.
