Paul Stott delivered a great SSSTS 2 day course. His engaging and informative style, combined with a direct approach and sharp sense of humour, made the sessions thoroughly enjoyable and easy to absorb. He kept the group energised and focused throughout, and his delivery made the two days fly by!
I had my training course done by Tony Miller and he was great, making sure you understood the material. I would definitely recommend.
Tony miller our instructor was very knowledgeable and helped us all understand health and safety in the work place.
It was well detailed and explained, he took time to explain and ask questions if we understood before moving on to the next topic

Paul Norman and Tanya are very good instructors, the time and effort Paul put in to ensure that everyone on the course understood the subject and had the best possible chance to pass the test was above and beyond what I would have expected.

Just complete my 5 Day SMSTS online through teams. I was a little concerned doing the course remotely but was really pleased how well it was done. Passed the course so really pleased. I was fortunate enough to be trained by 3 different trainers. My trainer I had for the final 2 days Paul Stott was absolutely excellent. He was relaxed, fun, informative. Really enjoyed his company and hope to have Paul again in the future

Paul Norman did a first-class job. The lessons were interesting and easy to follow. He walked everybody through the lessons and made sure that everyone understood before moving on. I would highly recommend him to anyone wishing to take Goldcross training courses.

I done my SSSTS course online through teams meeting on the 30th September & 1st October. Very well delivered course by Mark Hunter he was very knowledgeable, any question that was asked he knew the answer straight away. With his help and knowledge I was able to pass first time doing it.
