The bad: while they advertise highly customized care from sleep experts with cBT I training included, all that’s really included are casually prescribed prescriptions with a generic message from the doctor. Based on what was prescribed, it was clear the drs didn’t even read my intake form (they prescribed a medication I previously stated I had a bad reaction to, and another which is contraindicated due to my tendency toward low blood pressure). After messaging the doctor, they prescribed something else but at this point I had lost all trust in this company. There was never any CBT or sleep tips provided, or even personalized messages or education regarding the medications prescribed. Additionally, the pricing is falsely advertised- the website states you’ll get “free” pharmacy pick up (not true, pharmacy charges full price, >100 dollars for some name brands) or meds delivered to your door for free (also not true- this costs $20 extra). Definitely not worth it and cheaper to just get a prescription from your PCP! The good: They are fast- meds prescribed within the day, and doctor gets back to you quickly when you text them questions

This has been very helpful for a busy person like myself who doesn’t always have time to leave work for appointments.

The good - it is quick to review and send rx to your pharmacy. The bad - Seems to state that the medication is included but nope the pharmacy bills your insurance for name brand and they charge per 14 days so your charges would be alot more than the price they claim. If they mail it they charge $20 for the medication. Shifty, just this side of a scam.

How do I refill subscription?

I have never received any medication at all have reached out to you many times and have received nothing you just took my money!!!!!! Unacceptable very deceitful company take money from hard working people and do not deliver shame on you

Fast delivery and was very effective for my flying anxiety. Very pleased with this service.

Stay away from gokick, kick health or whatever they call themselves. They did a bait and switch on me. I went to their website to get some propanolol but since i couldnt tell what is the mg they are prescribing i did not go through with the order. Since they have my information, they contacted me nonstop via email via phone call via text messages. I initially ignored those messages but I thought maybe I can ask the sales person about the milligram. The sales person told me that I can request for 20 mg but I have to go through the order first which I will not be charged until I speak to a doctor, and if the doctor does not prescribe 20 mg my credit card will not be charged. Sure enough that was not what happened. They prescribed me the 10 mg and charged my card without speaking to me. I then asked the sales person and he said to contact support. I contacted support who was not very responsive but finally they said they will send out the 20 mg. It has been two weeks now I asked for update, no response and they did not send out anything. I also went back to the sales person, he also went MIA. Poor business practice, they should be ashamed of themselves doing business the way it is done.

Kick is a reliable, excellent company! It is convenient, easy to access, and the doctor gets back with you quickly. I heartily recommend it.

Very easy online experience and effective product

Kick Health's service is invaluable. The propanolol Rx was INCREDIBLY effective at suppressing my anxiety during public speeches and big presentations, and there were NO side effects! I can finally tackle the most stressful aspects of my job (public speaking) and NOT have to worry about anxiety-induced shortness of breath, hot flashes, sweatiness, and everything else that came with performance anxiety.

Kick have been a life saver. Through their platform I was able to receive treatment I needed. They were prompt and delivery was great without delay. I recommend kick to everyone in need for genuine assistance

I was initially skeptical…I’ve had insomnia for many years…tried everything…the only medication that worked was ambien..I wanted an alternative..after taking the survey and connecting with a sleep doctor,I was able to try off label medications…most of the them Didn’t work,however,I found one that did..the response on messages was very quick and I got prescriptions in a timely manner ..

Very easy re-ordering, and the medication has been life-changing. Before Kick, I went through tons of headaches and expensive doctor visits and prescriptions to get comparable medication, so this is such a blessing to be able to easily get the meds I need for once. From the very first inquiry about performance anxiety, to the regular, easy refills online, the experience has been pleasant, discreet and very effective. The medication has been absolutely career-changing for me, and it has allowed me to concentrate on delivering for my company & goals instead of being consumed by worry about getting the words out or freezing. I would highly recommend Kick to anyone who is struggling with performance anxiety, public speaking, social anxiety or anything of the sort.

While it's a really easy interface to use, I don't appreciate having to spend $49 after only a couple refills. I thought I was paying for an ongoing prescription, after an initial downpayment, for some reason (like how most other subscription services work). Good to use if your doctor retires and you're looking for a new one in the meantime, but I can't imagine giving them my money much longer.
