I love the service, but customer service is pretty much non existent. I have been waiting for the doctor to ok my refill for 9 days. I can get no response from customer service. Its like the service just stopped for me all of a sudden.

They basically subscribe you to propranolol and massively overcharge you. Its way more affordable to get it elsewhere.

Never received my order. Customer service replies once a day and isn’t helpful. My order was sent back by the post office. When I reached out to customer service they promised to ship my order to a different address once they received it back. I haven’t heard anything since, not a new tracking number, not estimated time of arrival, nothing.
