I gave them all of my medication info and paid for my medicine. They sent me one medicine that didn’t work then told me I was out of options. I was told from the beginning that I would have multiple option to try. After the first medicine didn’t work she told me they couldn’t send me anything else to try due to medication interactions and were no help after that.

Don't waste your time, just go to your regular doctor and get a prescription. The mint flavor will burn your mouth and they will not refund you for them or replace them if it doesn't work for you. If you want to switch flavors bc it doesn't work for you, they'll charge you $25 to review the prescription change. Their customer service likes to throw little patronizing comments about your health as well, if you say you don't appreciate erroneous fees. I'm sure they'll have some patronizing response to this review about how they're super transparent and the most best thing ever, but that absolutely was not my experience with them no matter how much they want to talk down and tell me I'm wrong. Never mentioned how I'm feeling but they offer comments like 'we hope you feel better soon' after saying I don't appreciate their business practices. Unsolicited comments like that are an obvious attempt to demean. Waste of time, just go to a real doctor. This service is not worth the cost.

Fast, straight to my door my doctor had me on 40mg in the past and it made me dizzy and almost gave me more anxiety! The 10mg is working GREAT and i feel so much better
