Friendly, tidy and professional install
The installers were friendly and very thorough in locating the aerial for best performance. They did a very neat installation and cleaned up carefully when finished. Speeds are exactly as advertised and very stable. Great service, highly recommended.

Only just joined. Good so far.
Can’t give any more than 4 stars yet as we have only just joined. Set up was quick and easy except for the connector for the phone missing from the equipment pack. Contact with customer service was quick and this was resolved without any further hassle. So far very good. Thank you.

Took quite a while to respond to…
Took quite a while to respond to installation requests. The cable installation was not great - straight over roof tiles, conspicuous and not secured. The internet reception has been sketchy and unstable since installation and non-existent on one our our sky boxes.

Great rural broadband solution
I use Go Internet's wireless Internet offering for my rural office, where the speeds offered by traditional copper lines are poor. Go Internet's technology allows me to base my office in the beautiful countryside whilst still enjoying a fast and reliable Internet service - for a reasonable price. The team are always friendly and quick to resolve any queries or issues we may have.
