Friendly, tidy and professional install

The installers were friendly and very thorough in locating the aerial for best performance. They did a very neat installation and cleaned up carefully when finished. Speeds are exactly as advertised and very stable. Great service, highly recommended.

A great, simple and straight forward process.

Only just joined. Good so far.

Can’t give any more than 4 stars yet as we have only just joined. Set up was quick and easy except for the connector for the phone missing from the equipment pack. Contact with customer service was quick and this was resolved without any further hassle. So far very good. Thank you.

Greatful for the improved service.

Greatful for the improved service but on occasion line speed drops below the threshold to steam Netflix in HD. Also periodic maintenance for 2 or 3 hours is abit inconvenient but they do try and do it out of peak time if it can be helped and it is always communicated in advance. All in all a good service if a hard line to your property is not an option.

The best broadband we've had in 15…

The best broadband we've had in 15 years. Wight Wireless is knowledgable and honest in their dealings with us over the years. I can count on one hand how many companies we deal with that conduct themselves in such a manner. Questions are honestly answered and importantly, not blamed back on the customer. Price? We've saved hundreds of pounds each year since moving from BT to Wight Wireless. Yes, hundreds. Plus using a Voip service, LocalPhone (fluffybunny.eu) our phone bill with line rental has never exceeded Β£3 per month!
