Friendly, tidy and professional install

The installers were friendly and very thorough in locating the aerial for best performance. They did a very neat installation and cleaned up carefully when finished. Speeds are exactly as advertised and very stable. Great service, highly recommended.

Only just joined. Good so far.

Can’t give any more than 4 stars yet as we have only just joined. Set up was quick and easy except for the connector for the phone missing from the equipment pack. Contact with customer service was quick and this was resolved without any further hassle. So far very good. Thank you.

A small company with a EXCELLENT SERVICE, from start to finish, Someone to talk and advise at the end of the phone, The young Man who installed our internet was, polite,friendly and totally respectful of our new holiday home . WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company Well done to All at ‘Go Internet ‘

Kevin was really great when I found we…

Kevin was really great when I found we had no internet when we arrived at our new home. He found the issue was with OFNL and not with gointernet. Kevin managed the situation and kept me updated, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Kevin is a credit to gointernet.

First class service.

I signed up with Go Internet prior to moving house. When I arrived I found that one of the bits of kit providing the Internet service was broken. Go Internet very efficiently arranged for an OFNL engineer to come and fix it, which he did. This didn't fix the Internet though - but a quick call to Go Internet quickly had their technical support on the case. The engineer went above and beyond the call of duty spending time working through the problem on a Friday PM and had the issue resolved for me on Saturday morning. First class service!

Wish we’d switched sooner.

Great service from Tristan and Ollie who set us up unfazed by pigs and mud, so calm and professional. At last we have fast internet on our farm, wish we’d switched sooner.
