First class service.
I signed up with Go Internet prior to moving house. When I arrived I found that one of the bits of kit providing the Internet service was broken. Go Internet very efficiently arranged for an OFNL engineer to come and fix it, which he did. This didn't fix the Internet though - but a quick call to Go Internet quickly had their technical support on the case. The engineer went above and beyond the call of duty spending time working through the problem on a Friday PM and had the issue resolved for me on Saturday morning. First class service!
