The installers were friendly and very thorough in locating the aerial for best performance. They did a very neat installation and cleaned up carefully when finished. Speeds are exactly as advertised and very stable. Great service, highly recommended.
A great, simple and straight forward process.
Canβt give any more than 4 stars yet as we have only just joined. Set up was quick and easy except for the connector for the phone missing from the equipment pack. Contact with customer service was quick and this was resolved without any further hassle. So far very good. Thank you.

This company is a breath of fresh air! I had a bit of an usual request but Go Internet wern't fazed and dealt with my enquiry very professionally. Rural internet installed in my static caravan. The installers are also worth a mention. Very friendly, neat and tidy. All done in around an hour and a half. Brilliant service!

Excellent start. I've moved from MTH Networks to Go Internet and the difference is huge. The signup process was easy, you can contact Go by just picking up the phone. Cannot fault

Well, as a returning customer the people I spoke to on the phone were good. I got the equipment, rang several times for instructions and for a phone number. I tried for a few days and a few calls to no avail. I called in an engineer who put it together but could not get the phone to work. He rang you and a gentleman did a revue and discovered the phone number was not connected. As soon as he did something at your end it then worked. I had to pay the engineer Β£100 for his investigation and I did not appreciate that.. I have the engineerβs Respponsenumber if you want proof of whatβs happened. Thank you, Anna Hassan
