Well, as a returning customer the people I spoke to on the phone were good. I got the equipment, rang several times for instructions and for a phone number. I tried for a few days and a few calls to no avail. I called in an engineer who put it together but could not get the phone to work. He rang you and a gentleman did a revue and discovered the phone number was not connected. As soon as he did something at your end it then worked. I had to pay the engineer £100 for his investigation and I did not appreciate that.. I have the engineer’s Respponsenumber if you want proof of what’s happened. Thank you, Anna Hassan
