Easy to find item in online shop. There's loads of choice andc ollection from the store was super fast. Prices were really good too. Didn't find it cheaper anywhere else.

poor choice of delivery partner

Now to preface this, I do utilise this company for orders, mainly due to the ability to back order and have items not in stock delivered in the future. However, their utilisation of amazon delivery services calls in to question their reliability, when amazon delivery services decides that a package containing hundreds of pounds of content, should be left outside a student block of flats, in a town centre, without trying to actually deliver to the reception. Bare mind the reception door, open and manned by a member of the accommodation staff is visible in the picture. I do not understand why a company would choose to work with a delivery supplier that is willing to 'deliver' parcels, without going into the reception of a premises, instead choosing to leave an expensive parcel outside the door, which was unlocked and had staff members there. Thankfully staff managed to get the parcel before it could be stolen but as the accommodation is in the town centre, this could have been stolen in minutes. Had the parcel been stolen, thankfully we have cctv but if it were stolen, and the products had to be backordered which took 3 months, I do not believe any customer would be happy and as such I cannot recommend a company that would utilise such poor delivery services

Pathetic experience. Zero tracking or updates

Ordered on 4th January filled in my delivery address in full as i do for all my online purchases. I’m disabled so am rarely away from home but if so there is ALWAYS a family member at home. Being in the country and up a lane we have a delivery box with our surname and address clearly signed along with other signs to clearly indicate that this is our property. We have 24/7 CCTV recording with date and time stamp so if a delivery company states NO ONE HOME we can prove the driver never attempted delivery. After waiting / weeks I had not received my order and NO correspondence to up date me. I emailed and was informed one of my items was not in-stock. Why did I have to enquire? My email contained my full address house number etc along with my mobile telephone number. I agreed to wait a few more days so my full order could be sent. No parcel arrived despite being informed item back in stock. Contacted them again. Parcel could not be delivered because address incomplete. No name, no house number no street. Just area and postal town. I sent an email how this could be possible? My address was properly filled in on their online order form AND I had sent it with my enquiry email 16th January? I’m starting to think their site is a scam! They state they are waiting on the parcel coming back from the carrier. If they had sent me the name of the carrier and the parcel tracking I could have gone to the depot and collected it. Very bad service and customer support. I want my parcel!

Very delayed delivery. Product is fine.

Product is fine, but the whole order was delivered very late because 1 item wasn't in stock. I paid for 1-3 day express delivery, but it took 7. It is not clear on the website, or in their confirmation mails, that Goblin Gaming would hold delivery back for this reason.

Excellent service

As always superb service even at this time of year my parcel came just a couple of days ater the order was placed. Packaging was good no damage to any of the boxes inside. I have been using goblin gaming now for at least 5 years and never had a single issue with them , their service is next to none, thanks guys for all you do .
