Pathetic experience. Zero tracking or updates
Ordered on 4th January filled in my delivery address in full as i do for all my online purchases. I’m disabled so am rarely away from home but if so there is ALWAYS a family member at home. Being in the country and up a lane we have a delivery box with our surname and address clearly signed along with other signs to clearly indicate that this is our property. We have 24/7 CCTV recording with date and time stamp so if a delivery company states NO ONE HOME we can prove the driver never attempted delivery. After waiting / weeks I had not received my order and NO correspondence to up date me. I emailed and was informed one of my items was not in-stock. Why did I have to enquire? My email contained my full address house number etc along with my mobile telephone number. I agreed to wait a few more days so my full order could be sent. No parcel arrived despite being informed item back in stock. Contacted them again. Parcel could not be delivered because address incomplete. No name, no house number no street. Just area and postal town. I sent an email how this could be possible? My address was properly filled in on their online order form AND I had sent it with my enquiry email 16th January? I’m starting to think their site is a scam! They state they are waiting on the parcel coming back from the carrier. If they had sent me the name of the carrier and the parcel tracking I could have gone to the depot and collected it. Very bad service and customer support. I want my parcel!
