Holly - customer service
Holly from the customer service team was brilliant and so helpful. I had a couple of queries regarding the transfer of tickets that I'd unfortunately had to sell, and she was a great help.
Gigantic Tickets receives consistently positive reviews. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service.

Love this company love what they do for elvis
Couldn't find the Email, with my concert ticket information. I contacted Gigantic Tickets help line, and within 5 minutes I received the original Email, and the ticket information I wanted. I think the service from the helpline was outstanding.
Very quick response to my query, question answered fully👍

First and last time using this company. This has made me feel even more isolated than I already am as a disabled person. I purchased tickets to Ed Sheeran around 7 weeks ago via this website for ambulant seating, to which we had to wait for seating allocation, I have recieved my seating allocation today, 8 days before the event to find these seats are not disabled friendly at all. I don't understand how a website focusing on disabled ticket sales can do this? I have emailed (considering I literally got seat info today) to the response of being told "I'm really sorry, but unfortunately there are no alternative seats available for us to move you to at this stage. We were given a limited allocation specifically for seat changes, and all of these have now been assigned and finalised." within the space of hours. I have accessibility needs, I walk with a walking stick, I can't walk far, stand for long and have bad coordination when walking, I also have ibs which means I need to be close to accessible toilets and my seats are literally normal football stadium seats (too small for me) and in the middle of a row (anyone knows it very awkward to walk past people at the best of times, let alone me with bad balance and mobility issues) and I'll have people constantly bashing past me to get in their seats and I suffer with increased pain. I am beyond disappointed now as I'm sat debating whether I'm going to have to now cancel something I've been counting down for daily.
I have two ticket orders for the Stereophonics at Principality Stadium on July 12th. The website and app show no orders, even though I have confirmation emails. I’ve emailed multiple times and had no reply. I called the helpline and was told to email again — completely unhelpful. This is now urgent: I have medical needs that require advance planning with the venue, and I can’t do anything without the tickets. I’m extremely stressed and disappointed with the lack of support. Gigantic — please respond and resolve this urgently.
I was having issues with the festival organisers regarding purchasing extra child ticket. Upon contacting Gigantic I was in contact with HOLLY. She was brilliant. The prompt responses and follow up was superb. A1 service.
I am desperately trying to contact someone by phone or email about my tickets that I have not received for the stereophonics on the 11th of July. When I go to view my tickets it just says not yet available 😕
I am currently in the process of complaining but the team is being extremely unhelpful. My tickets for SMTown2025 were re-assigned due to a change of venue but was told that there were no other seats available in the arena to swap these to. Upon checking the o2 website turns out other tickets were available even the day before the event, but the team never replied to my follow up query until AFTER the event took place. Looking at other reviews I can see that they applied a different approach and others have managed to get tickets reassigned so it seems something had gone terrible wrong with my case. I would be absolutely avoiding buying tickets through them as I wouldn’t want to experience such poor customer service when I needed it the most.
I would like to say a Massive thankyou to Laura from customer services from Gigantic Tickets! I had mistakenly deleted my emails from booking tickets for the Phonics in Cardiff next week, I emailed regarding needing help. I had a very quick response from Laura who explained what I needed to do, as I had deleted the email where I would get my tickets Laura found what I needed and sent it to me asap, literally thought I had lost money/tickets but she sorted it really quickly, I cannot express how anxious I felt at the beginning but as soon as she was involved she sorted it out with absolutely no promlem. Thankyou again Laura and the Gigantic team keep up the good work not like other ticket sites thank god!
I wish to compliment Gemma Treece for her excellent customer service. I had deleted tickets to an upcoming gig by accident and Gemma helped me gain access to the tickets today very promptly & politely
I had trouble with my account, with confirmation emails and password reset emails not arriving so having no way to access my account. Thanks to Gemma Treece patiently trying various means to resolve my problem, it all got sorted out. She was amazing!
