Great company with fantastic customer service ! Just had 2nd service on boiler completed by Tyler, Tyler assisted with the installation then completed the 2nd service for us. The boiler man from gas fix was not only pleasant but very thorough. He was very efficient and completed The service in around 30 minutes. I felt comfortable letting him into my home and he completed the boiler handbook when asked. Gas fix are reliable and good value for money.

Came out especially at 8pm on same day to fix boiler after our distress call. Proactively chased down needed parts for an unusual issue. Both Ian and Sophie in office were polite, friendly and proactive in keeping us posted. Upfront with proposing a reasonable price and clarifying what was included in that, made sure it was accepted before starting. Essentially all done as you would hope and expect as a customer.
