I needed a quote for a new boiler so completed the online questionnaire. An engineer visited the next day to assess the job. The engineer was very polite, helpful and wore PPE . Received a confirmed quote the same day. Had a telephone call from the office the next day and the job was booked in. Very happy with the speed of the response from start to finish.

We had our fireplace and gas boiler serviced at a reasonable price. The engineer wore a mask throughout and made sure that everything was left clean after he finished. The company is very reliable and helpful, hence we use them every year. Highly recommended

Everything about our experience with gas - fix was excellent. Leanne in the office is friendly and efficient. She always rang back and really made me feel like she shared my pain. The engineers came out 3 times and eventually Ian came out to give his opinion on the cause of the problem. As soon as they took delivery of the suspect part it was fitted the same day. All in all a really good experience. Would definitely recommend them.

As an existing customer with Gas Fix for my boiler I had no hesitation asking them to adjust a gas pipe to enable my new oven to be installed.Arrived on time and did what needed to be done without any mess or fuss.

Excellent service. The engineer who came out to service our boiler was very polite, very thorough, left no mess at all, and was very quick. He also took extra time to find the answer to a question I had about how our system was plumbed. Overall very pleased, will definitely use Gas-Fix again, and would certainly recommend them.
