Having rang Gas Fix on the 16th of September in regard to the leaking expansion tank a service engineer called on the same day and the tank was replaced with no issues what so ever. Polite, efficient and effective.

My boiler stopped working, came up with a fault code and was leaking when I tried to top up. Time to call for help and Gas-fix were recommended by a couple of friends. My initial call was taken by a very helpful lady who arranged quick appointment, my appointment was confirmed (always helpful as reminder) and given a time frame of their arrival. The first visit from a friendly professional chap (sorry forgotten name) arrived on time quickly found problem and said he'd order part and get back with a date for repair. Day or so later another call from the office to say part was in and an appointment was made for the repair, I was told it would be the same engineer as they like to try to keep the same person as they found the fault. Unfortunately I had to cancel that appointment but was given another at my convenience, with another engineer, Craig, who called to say he was on his way, when he arrived he was greeted by barking dogs, which he was thankfully fine with, Craig was polite, friendly and professional fitted the part quickly and got the system working and took the time to reset my timer for me, which I am rubbish at. Everyone I had contact with at Gas-fix were really helpful, given ETA's which they kept to and I now have hot water again. Will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone that asks. Payment was easy offering different ways of paying. Thank you Gas-fix.
