Great company with fantastic customer service ! Just had 2nd service on boiler completed by Tyler, Tyler assisted with the installation then completed the 2nd service for us. Its been great to see Tyler become a very competent engineer 👏 who always shows great respect for our home on his service visits. GasFix office staff handled the issue with their customary polite professionalism and Graig (Engineer) not only resolved the issue speedily but, like the true gentleman he is, took his shoes of. I have been with Gas Fix for many years. They always deliver to the promises they make. This weekend we had a problem with our boiler. Phone call made asking for support. Within a few hours Darryl arrived. Polite, well mannered, composite professional. He resolved the issue with our hot water back on line. There is a reason that i stay with Gas Fix as a company. My boiler broke down on a weekend. Phoned Gas-Fix and Melissa arranged for an engineer to call the same day. Darryl arrived and fixed the problem. Great service, prompt, polite and professional. Couldn't ask for any more.
