Future fit every time !!, I can't rate these guys highly enough, the course material is excellent but if i had to say what sets them apart from anyone else, it's the tutor support. They are a fantastic bunch, very knowledgeable,very approachable,very helpful and their face to face sessions bring the whole industry into perspective, i can't thank them enough for the help they have given to me.

The course information was well laid out with clear text and images. Some information across courses was contradictory and this was raised for correction. Trying to speed up course access was a rigmarole. Having explained my part-time work status I still had to phone weekly when I wanted access to the next course in my advanced diploma. Made me wonder if they had any decent system of note keeping for their clients. The company changed their final assessment guidelines and one of the questions mid February which overlapped the end of my course. When contacting to see what was going on I was challenged as to where I'd got the course assessment paperwork from and had to ask if there had been any changes before the got a decent response. Whilst I received a sincere apology, I didn't appreciate the unfounded accusatory message I originally received. Not altogether a bad service but they could tighten up their processes, be mindful of their clients personal situations and a little more caring when dealing with queries.

This is an industry where everyone expresses opinion through all sorts of media platforms - some of it relevant, some of it less so. If you want a real education, based on a detailed curriculum that deals only with facts and current good practices - choose Future Fit for all your education needs. Don't be fooled by those offering 'crash courses' and a fast route to riches. Be equally wary of those who claim only they can offer the best methodology to you. Future Fit offer a combination approach to learning, with all the back-up support needed. It is a great foundation of solid information from which to specialise.

I enjoy learning at my own pace, but getting reminders and encouragement to book my next courses. Every single tutor on the workshops has been fantastic - very engaging, knowledgeable and willing to help with anything, making every workshop good fun. StudentSupport assist with any e-learning questions, and are very knowledgeable. The e-learning content is good and easy to follow. I would recommend FutureFit to anyone thinking of undertaking PT training.

Easy to follow course with downloadable course notes, resources and external reading links all to support the online learning. This course was easy to follow and nicely laid out into manageable chunks to keep attention focused.

Having recently completed the Gym Instructor Level 2 workshop in Plymouth I would like to express my gratitude to Andy the instructor. His method of delivery, knowledge and experience were all excellent - we could not have asked for a better teacher. I particularly liked his relaxed but informative instructional style. He is an excellent asset for Future Fit. The venue at Fort Stamford was ok, but when we sat the exam there was a lot of loud music noise from the exercise class next door, which was very distracting. Also the gym equipment is very dated and tightly squeezed in. The staff were very friendly and the other facilities were good. Overall it was a great experience mainly due to Andy.
