Good course to learn from. Service needs tweaking.
The course information was well laid out with clear text and images. Some information across courses was contradictory and this was raised for correction. Trying to speed up course access was a rigmarole. Having explained my part-time work status I still had to phone weekly when I wanted access to the next course in my advanced diploma. Made me wonder if they had any decent system of note keeping for their clients. The company changed their final assessment guidelines and one of the questions mid February which overlapped the end of my course. When contacting to see what was going on I was challenged as to where I'd got the course assessment paperwork from and had to ask if there had been any changes before the got a decent response. Whilst I received a sincere apology, I didn't appreciate the unfounded accusatory message I originally received. Not altogether a bad service but they could tighten up their processes, be mindful of their clients personal situations and a little more caring when dealing with queries.
