Future Fit Training is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate professional and service, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
I've recently complicated my level 4 Mat a pilates !!! a fantastic course !! i had some help off the tutors especially Amanda Roberts who went out of her way to make sure I was on the right lines to pass !!! thankyou so much

Katie is absolutely amazing as a tutor, she’s a brilliant person and coach, she’s bright and bubbly and so informative and she made the learning experience fun and memorable. FutureFit put on great learning courses, and Katie’s indoor cycling session was my favourite so far!

I’ve been doing this course for a good couple of years now and recently I’ve taken it a lot more seriously. Obviously, that means putting in more hard work and I’ve been met with some roadblocks along the way, which have been helped immensely by the staff at Future Fit! I had my first ever call today which gave me support on my current coursework. The staff memeber was Aerin who was fantastic from the off! She was so accommodating and made me feel safe and my thoughts felt heard! My coursework, which I’m currently halfway through with, has been read through and analysed to make sure I can submit the best possible piece of coursework that I can submit. I definitely feel more confident after the phone call and will continue to benefit from the support service in the future. Unfortunately, this isn’t the last time you’ll hear from me but that just means I’m coming back to a good service hahahahahahahahaha

I signed up for Future Fit and enrolled in the Level 4 Pilates course starting in May 2025. However, I have been in contact with their customer service to request to leave due to my lack of confidence in the program. This concern stems from my experience attending a basic mat Pilates workshop at an unhygienic gym that was cluttered with broken equipment and junk strewn everywhere. Additionally, the gym did not even clean its mirrors. The Future Fit tutors seem unconcerned about the unsanitary and unmanageable conditions of the gym. I have photo evidence to support my claims, and a quick look at customer reviews of The Factory Fitness and Dance Centre reflects my experience. I was offered a choice between several modules from their nutrition qualification, but I feel this is pointless as it would not lead to a full qualification. I am reluctant to complete additional coursework from a provider I do not trust. You can look up The Factory Dance and Fitness Centre to see my review and photos.
