Disappointed. I do not recommend this training provider. The course is over priced and does not support those who are neurodivergent. I felt totally overwhelmed and really pushed into doing another course at same time whilst stating I struggled but was sold very well by sales even when voicing my. concern. I have complained and have been going through the process requesting a full refund. instead they have now pushed me to a debt agency . I work really hard to support a community that needs support with their health and wellbeing . shame on them .

Just had a call with Learner support Ben in particular, he was extremely kind and attentive to the issue that I faced and even went above and beyond to get a definitive answer to the question that I asked. Was extremely pleased with the service and a great level of customer satisfaction was achieved.

I had a few queries that needed addressing so called the helpline and was greeted by a very bubbly, helpful Anna. She answered ALL of my questions, dealt with all of my booking issues and reiterated throughout that I was the customer and she was there to help me. Amazing service!! I came away from the call confident that she had my best interests at heart and happy that my queries had my fully dealt with professionally and instantly. I ended the call to find a follow up email confirming everything we had discussed. Thank you Anna.

I was on my Level 3 PT Assessment at Everlast Cambridge, Ben finning was very lovely from the first meet. Stood far enough away from my Assessment that it made me feel like he was never there, Made me relax even more into the Assessment and gave me some great feedback at the end of the Assssment and also gave me some very good advice to carry forward as a PT in my current job, and highlighted areas for improvement in a great way that was easy to understand and didn't come across in the wrong way.

My practical workshops were led by Laura who was amazing! I learnt so much in those few days and felt fully ready and prepared for my exam. Jude was my examiner and she was equally fab. She was professional and provided lots of constructive feedback but equally made me feel comfortable throughout the entire day

I had my gym instructor assessment in Roko Chiswick today with Ben Finning!! What an amazing experience. Ben could tell I was nervous and put me at ease instantly, he was so welcoming and talked me through the process. I carried out the assessment and didnβt even know he was there! He was very thorough with the feedback and genuinely seemed really happy for me when I passed. This was such a great experience.

Neil Moss was an excellent trainer. Facility was small but reasonably well equipped. Coffee etc was a bit of a trek to get to. Two classes at once in such a small space was a bit difficult for my hearing. Overall a good experience.

I had Neil Moss today for Circuit trainer workshop and assessment. Neil was very patient and gave different ways to explain certain areas so we had time to process the information. Neil has been so helpful with not only this course but any question about other courses we are taking with Future fit which fosters a very supportive environment. Great day!
