Avoid! I phoned them to enquire about a band and a trampoline. They weren't able to give me any information and I was advised to email them instead, which I did. I never received an answer.. :(( very unprofessional.

Great experience

Great experience Dance Machine booked for daughters 18th They arrived on time, set it up quickly, helped me check in it advance would fit through my front door. Very helpful & the party was a hit.

Take my money and ignore me

Placed order for a gift for my wife as the item was shown as in stock. 10 days later The order status still shows as being in transit yet the courier has not recieved it from them. Have written to their customer service on a number of occassion and they ignore e mails. Pathetic...service...

Bad communication

Booked the rodeo sheep for a 40th birthday! Unfortunately they didn’t inform us they were not coming until I rang 1 hour after they were due. I asked for a refund which couldn’t be done until the Monday so we had paid for a rodeo that never arrived. Really ruined a birthday! 😐 very bad communication and rude service. Wouldn’t recommended!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a rodeo and when I paid £540 I had no confirmation email or phone call. On the day it was meant to arrive I called and got no call back either. It then turned up and never fit, the two men who came said 'this happens nearly all the time with this product' with no prior warning. To make matters worse, they never called me to tell me it didn't fit, no call and no email! I then called the next day, someone answered the phone and said sorry we don't reply on weekends..so why answer the phone? I then emailed Monday several times and no reply...the same over and over for the next 3 days. The only emails I got were from the owner Tony who is extremely rude, blunt and obviously does not know how to run a business. They would not offer me any money for a refund as apparently their time and travel costs the whole amount of £540. Their excuse is someone else could of booked them, this is false as I booked the day before the party no one else would of booked. I offered them to keep some money to pay toward travel and work but after 7 emails and phone calls they still have not replied. I think I must of sent about 15 emails and still NOTHING. A complete scam and horrific customer service. Now I have lost £540 and also lost out on a big part of my sister's hen.
