Useless emergency call out....
Useless emergency call out.... Accessing emergency, out of hours services was a complete nightmare. We had a plumbing emergency on Saturday evening. As we'd taken out the additional emergency call out service from Frontier, we thought the process would be simple (as per the sales blurb). Sadly this was the worst experience ever. No phone number, just an email address. Received an automated reply advising that someone would be in contact the next working day. Out of frustration I had to find a plumber myself. Frontier appeared to call once about 10 hours later. The contact number provide was not working and then I had the pleasure of receiving messages demanding I call them back on a number that didn't work. Finally spoke with someone a few days later, who apologised and indicated this was a one off incident. Sadly no option to provide zero stars. Frontier needs to do a lot better.
