Difficult to make changes
It was very difficult to find where I needed to record some changes to our property. Then having filled in those changes I had the message that they couldn’t help with the information I gave. I filled in estimated values to contents of the outbuildings which are used for storage even though we don’t have contents insurance. Eventually it processed the changes and gave me the revised policy. Very confusing though.
