Placed a claim with Frontier on 14th…
Placed a claim with Frontier on 14th March 2025. Sent laptop to be inspected by Value Checkers as requested. Two weeks later Frontier are claiming they have no record of a claim being made. Passed me on to another company called Evolution who also had no record of my claim on their system (at least I could speak to someone there - they were very helpful). They did manage to find a report based on my original submission but apparently had being processed properly. Still no laptop. Value Checker have informed me they are getting no response from Frontier either. Dreadful service and still no sign of a resolve or my property repaired or replaced!
