I have rented in FriendlyHousing for 2…

I have rented in FriendlyHousing for 2 years now. They never solved issues I had with my room or the house. The landlords are really mean and rude. They even threatened to throw my things away once even though I did nothing wrong. If I had some issue in the house, the landlord and the agency tried to get away with it by not replying and let me wait for more then a month, but then when I did something they immediately complain and threaten. And my issues of course were never solved. I tried to rent a new house, and of course, since I live in Eindhoven I apply for approx. 10 properties in Friendly Housing. I subscribed to their excellent profile but they don't even give me a viewing because they said "there are too many candidates".

Awful

Awful! We have booked a trip in 2020 but could not come cos of all borders were closed.. Friendly rental just took the deposition and promised me that we can use it late. Now when i wanted to use the voucher i got the answer that it is expired… So we lost the money and it was no trip…

Appart agréable et bien situé

Appart bien situé à quelques minutes de la Sagrada Familia et d’un petit supermarché (Consum).Il y a des petits points d’amélioration comme un manuel pour mettre en route le four et des essuies cuisine.

Excelente ubicación.

Excelente ubicación. Está a dos cuadras de la plaza de san Miguel, pasando la calle está el Museo del jamón, a pie llegas a la puerta del sol y dos estaciones de metro. Sin contar que el bus turístico pasa al lado. Para ser un apartamento de 5 personas le falta un baño

Séjour très agréable

Séjour très agréable, rien à dire. J'ai apprécié le confort et l’emplacement de l'appartement qui est très bien sécurisé. Ce que j'ai apprécié le moins c'est la garantie de 200 euro et la taxe touristique pour 3 personnes alors qu'on était que 2 personnes.

This was a great apartment- very modern…

This was a great apartment- very modern and well equipped- due to construction nearby getting to the underground parking lot was a challenge but it worked out well to have a spot underground as it would have been challenging to find anywhere above ground to park. Staff was friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!!

Yo lo tengo claro, si el destino es Valencia, Friendly Rentals es el alojamiento. No hay más. Relación calidad precio, localización, trato por parte del staff... aprueban en todos los campos. Muy recomendados.

Appartamento confortevole, curato, ben arredato e accessoriato. La posizione è ottima per muoversi a Madrid sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici. Peccato che siamo rimasti solo 3 giorni..

leuk appartement

Leuk appartement met alles aanwezig om onze vakantie te doen slagen. We waren met 6 personen en iedereen had voldoende privacy. Ideaal gelegen in het centrum van de stad, winkel in de buurt, niet ver van de metro verwijderd.

l’équipe de Friendly Rentals a répondu très rapidement à toutes mes questions. Très bon accueil à Madrid, bonne organisation. Immeuble très chic, au calme dans un beau quartier , grand appartement idéal pour six personnes.

Madrid Latina XII séjour du 4 au 8…

Madrid Latina XII séjour du 4 au 8 octobre 2019 Le check-in n'a pas lieu dans le logement. Pour la remise des clés, vous devez signer les documents de l'état des lieux sans avoir connaissance de l'état du logement. Arrivé sur place : pas de télévision, pas de volet à l'une des quatre chambres (dommage pour le bruit, la chambre donne sur une place où il y a du bruit toute la nuit), le lave-linge qui ne fonctionne pas, la plaque vitrocéramique qui ne fonctionne qu'en partie, le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionne plus et la cerise sur le gâteau, pour une capacité d'accueil de 8 personnes, nous ne disposions que de 6 fourchettes (nous étions 7) ! En résumé, les logements sont remis en location sans vérification. Sur les 890 € payés, un geste commercial de 30 €. Je déconseille cet organisme.
