I have rented in FriendlyHousing for 2…

I have rented in FriendlyHousing for 2 years now. They never solved issues I had with my room or the house. The landlords are really mean and rude. They even threatened to throw my things away once even though I did nothing wrong. If I had some issue in the house, the landlord and the agency tried to get away with it by not replying and let me wait for more then a month, but then when I did something they immediately complain and threaten. And my issues of course were never solved. I tried to rent a new house, and of course, since I live in Eindhoven I apply for approx. 10 properties in Friendly Housing. I subscribed to their excellent profile but they don't even give me a viewing because they said "there are too many candidates".

Awful

Awful! We have booked a trip in 2020 but could not come cos of all borders were closed.. Friendly rental just took the deposition and promised me that we can use it late. Now when i wanted to use the voucher i got the answer that it is expired… So we lost the money and it was no trip…

Appart agréable et bien situé

Appart bien situé à quelques minutes de la Sagrada Familia et d’un petit supermarché (Consum).Il y a des petits points d’amélioration comme un manuel pour mettre en route le four et des essuies cuisine.

Our apartment is very functional for…

The apartment was very functional for us.The location was good buses and the subway were nearby. The apartment was quiet. The apartment was on the sunrise side. Wifi could have worked better. There is already some wear and tear in the apartment, but it didn't hurt us. The apartment was bright. I also liked that the apartment didn't have a subway bustle, like the downtown apartment we had last time next to Plaza Catalunya. I think the beds were good. Friendly Rental staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Stylish studio apartment next to Las Ramblas

Our accommodation was spotlessly clean and in the perfact area of the city. Close to Las Ramblas and all the main areas. Collection of keys was easy and we were kept informed prior to our trip. A welcome pack of tea,coffee,salt,sugar,pepper and oil was waiting in the apartment always a nice touch.

The location is great!

The location is great! Elevator in the building helped a lot. The apartment was clean, but the shower doors were loose and not easy to close. Not enough toiletries for 4 people were provided, we had to buy soap, shampoo and toilet paper. The towels were clean. Collecting the keys at a different location was inconvenient.

Lovely Stay at Friendly Rentals Manel

From start to finish our stay in Barcelona was made special by the quirky apartment we stay in. It had everything a family would need to live there permanently. They also put in a few nice touches like a bag of some basic's , I.e tea bags, coffee, sugar, shampoo, toilet rolls etc just enough to do until you got to the shop. The apartment was in a lovely area with everything very close by. Aldi, Pharmacy and some lovely restaurants. I love the apartment décor and felt it added to the charm. My children loved it as well and enjoyed staying in the bunk beds. Bedding and towels was also provided which help with luggage allowance. All in All I would recommend this company as from Checking in to Checking out we couldn't ask for a better service and we would definitely return.

Todo estaba perfecto

Todo estaba perfecto, calidad, precio, , confort... Hasta que me habéis mandado un recargo sobre un desperfecto que no ers nuestro, una almohada según vosotros manchada de sangre por una esquina. Para empezar nosotros por motivos de cervicales y otros problemas de huesos llevamos nuestras almohadas y mis hijos no duermen con almohadas, luego me mandáis una foto de la almohada en la que se ve el protector de almohada y no de la sabana exterior, cosa que como habéis podido encontrar las camas hechas tal cual las dejasteis nosotros si hubiese estado manchada las hubiéramos visto y os hubiera dado parte de ello, después otra cosa es que en los armario había sábanas, almohada y toallas que se usaron y existe la posibilidad que sea anterior a esto y otra cosa que también veo deprimente que tengan que cobrar una mancha que sale en una lavadora cosa que si tu vas a un hotel u otro tipo de alojamiento no lo hacen, en este caso sería el pago de lavandería y no el excesivo precio de 45€ que no vale una almohada de 72x48 cm como las que disponía is puesto que conozco de este tema bastante. Había recomendado a dos amistades vuestro alojamiento para los próximos meses pero le comunicaré este error que veo una absurdez.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado y muy bien…

Apartamento muy bien ubicado y muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario en la cocina así como en el baño. Me encantó el paquete de bienvenida! Todo lo necesario para una estancia muy agradable. Recomendaría poner más canales en la televisión, mejorar y facilitar el check-in, cambiar el sofá cama por otro más cómodo.

Agradable estadía rn drpartamrnto ofrecida por Friendly rentals

Me alojé en Madrid en un departamento gestionado por Friendly rentals. La ubicación de este lugar fué inmejorable, al igual que la calidad del departamento en lo relacionado con infraestructura, equipamiento, decoración, limpieza, etc. Por otro lado la logística para el acceso al inmueble era excelente, clara, brindaba completa confianza en seguridad. En resumen, una experiencia fantástica
