My order was not picked up on the promised day,.Also, when I tried to call no one answered the phone. I won't be using this service again

Our experience with Freightera’s customer service was very positive (e.g., quick response time for quotes, questions, etc.) and in most cases we are able to obtain lower shipping costs than from existing suppliers who already obtain discounted rates with many carriers. Please work on improving your delivery tracking as it would be very helpful to know precisely when our goods will be delivered.

Freightera sent pick up information to Speedy transport but Speedy transport was not able to confirm receipt, leading to confusion at pick up. Thank you Freightera for clearing this up.
