You need to fix the issue with the BOL.

i booked a pickup and was clear about what I was shipping. the day after pickup was arranged I got an email from the shipper and was notified that it was not picked up. after emailing freightera I was told that is was rejected by carrier. it would have been nice to have been told by freightera before my shipper had to tell me.

I've rarely had a customer experience as satisfying and complete as I have with Freightera. Keep up the good work

So far, I've had a great experience with Freightera. I've sent a few shipments with them and everything has gone smoothly. Their communication is quick, their paperwork arrives promptly and is accurate, and the rates have been very competitive. The website has proven intuitive and fairly simple to use, and when there's questions of some strange circumstance or qualification, they get in touch with me within a day. I have no real complaints and will continue to be a Freightera customer for sure!
