As a regular customer, I have recent several delay experience that was not updated or notice on time, which also cause inconvenience to my customers.

The support I received from freightera was just great any questions or concerns were dealt with straight away the staff are friendly patient and efficient the best experience we have had in the shipment of goods.

what should of been picked up same day took 3 days for a time sensitive shipment. The internal team didn't tell the same story. Misled. Price was good was the only reason we used. Hopefully better next time.
