Excellent service from phoning to place order….young lady was helpful and attentive. Watch I choose was out of stock and said delivery was for the end of June which was fine….no monies taken. Watch arrived beginning of June. Great service and packaging. Thank you all involved in process…will purchase from you again and have already recommended you.

The first stand-out thing for me was a hefty discount, which made the watch significantly less expensive than elsewhere. It was delivered very quickly, and well packaged. Unfortunately, it wasn’t suitable, but the return could not have been easier and I received a full refund in a few days. I will definitely use FCW again. Recommended.
