Beware of the renewal scam

Beware of the renewal scam. I know that I turned off the renewal but they still charged my account and there is no way to delete your payment option on your account without shutting down the entire account. I will be getting a refund but this is just hassle no one needs. Shameful. πŸ‘Ž

I like the Fasthosts account interface

I like the Fasthosts account interface, and it looks easy to use, but I could not build my website through it. My existing domain, which I registered from the Fasthosts provider, could not be found. I struggled for 2 hours on it, but could not proceed. maybe I need an IT expert to help

Helpful experience

I’m lucky not to endure too many website related technical issues, but when I do it’s always great to know that the Fasthost team are on hand to help. So it was today when I contacted Fasthosts regarding a package upgrade. Had me up and running within a short space of time. Great stuff!
