The key words are trust experience and efficiency

The ongoing experience has been and is that we are in trustworthy, knowledgeable and efficient hands.. that if Stewart Hawkins is at the helm and Claire Newbrook is on the ground then all will be resolved in the best possible way. I just personally had a 2 hour zoom discussion with Claire on a Friday evening … who does that!?!?

Avoid this property management company…

Avoid this property management company like the plague. They are unprofessional and have little respect for the property owners and the occupying tenants. They do not want to be accountable for their actions and refuse to accept any form of criticism. This is a problem at all levels of the company not just at the lower levels. Managing agents in general do not tend to have a good reputation and this one certainly doesn't buck that trend. Avoid.

Excellent property manager

Harpreet responded quickly to my request. Contractor attended at the time that had been arranged and completed the work to a high standard. Extremely pleased.

Steven Du has responded promptly, courteously and efficiently on two recent issues which I needed to contact him about. He kept me informed and also followed up on whether I was satisfied with the outcome.

Is Faraday the most USELESS property management company EVER?

Answer: YES. They endlessly promise to do things and then don’t. They’re too stupid to realise that, in promising to do things and then not delivering, they are LYING. Saying you will provide a service and then not providing it is THEFT. Avoid like the plague if you want to retain your sanity.

Property agent is unavailable most of…

Property agent is unavailable most of the time. Took 1 month to issue a new parking permit. (I got fined for £60 because of it) Illegal Airbnb has been running in the building for months but property agent hasn't visited that flat yet. Do not recommend.

Extremely helpful and professional managing agent

In the process of selling our property, I consulted Samantha on various issues. 1st Class Service

Probably one of the better agents in the Central London area, still had contractors coming out during the Covid lockdown, responded to emails and phone calls even when their office were closed, and they were working remotely 1st class service.
