Great customer service

Great customer service, easily changed my colour order and kept in touch re delivery. The office chair I ordered was a Premium office chair with wheels. The chair is nice enough but it just does not go high enough. It needs to go up at least 4" more unfortunately. Fine at a low desk I guess. As I said, it looks nice enough but its too low.
