Fantastic Services has renewed my membership a month early and has taken money out of my account despite my cancellation of the membership. I need the money back, and was told that I can contact the finance department. When trying to do so, I have only been met by unhelpful phone line tangents and robots. I find this extremley frustrating as, having had a good experience with them so far, I can no longer get in contact with them. Really dissapionted.

They did a fantastic work in the heat, even though 2 of their equipment broke and I felt really bad! They said they would come back and fully get rid of some bits that their machine needed to do, but I felt really bad and I think what they did for the garden that had not been touched for over a year, they did absolutely a wonderful job! Thank you!
Arrived promptly very friendly, great communication. Understood what needed to be done and completed all of the tasks to a very high standard. Some of the cleaning went above and beyond and real effort was put into each task. I would certainly recommend this team. Thank you both for an excellent service.
The worst company I have ever used. Let me down over and over again and taking money off my account. I would not recommend them thats for sure. I will be reporting them for just taking money off my work bank card.
Some good professionals - no recourse for bad ones - outdated website
Weβve been using Fantastic services for a few of our needs. Gardening, house cleaning, upholstery etc.
For the most part, theyβve been reliable and the services are not terrible. However, my issues have been when dealing with the website and customer support when things go wrong with their professionals.
The website is outdated and doesnβt let you do simple things like adjust recurring visits. You need to speak to a human to do this. Must result in a crazy overhead costs for the company. The website and app often breaks with the only recourse being waiting on hold for 20 mins to perform a simple action.
Whenever I have had a poor service, the professional up charged us and didnβt even do the job. We shared photos of the shoddy work with Fantastic and asked for a refund. They agreed with the sub par work but instead of a refund they offered to send another professional to finish the job. We accepted this, but they sent the SAME professional who was DISGRUNTLED about our feedback and left without doing the job he was re-hired to do. At which point we insisted on a refund from Fantasic but they pressed on and sent another professional who couldnβt find our house.
Weβre now a few hundred pounds out of pocket and Fantasticβs support team is bouncing us around.
Not a great experience and going forward we will not be using this service and instead move to Wecasa who have a more modern interface.
